Pharmacy Process Transformation

Situation: As Project Manager, the mission was to meet a deadline of 7 months to implement and optimize process and mitigate loss of output.

Task/Activity: Spearheaded the overhaul and redefined protocols through:

  • Building out a 500 line WBS over 2 months to account for all items that a required in the project
  • Conducting interviews to get the information for what is required for a large pharmacy migration
  • Acquired technical architect and three business analysts to collaborate

Results: The initiative was successful with an on-time launch that worked enough to continue getting 1300 scripts out daily.

Case Study

Leading Urgent Insurance Platform Overhaul

Situation: The existing EAS software vendor went out of business, requiring an accelerated transition—12 months sooner than planned—to a new property insurance platform.

Task/Activity: As Project Manager, I was responsible for ensuring the successful deployment of the new platform under a significantly shortened timeline.

Managed and executed testing across 10 Agile Sprints, while integrating QA and UAT efforts simultaneously.

Recruited and trained 15 internal staff members to serve as product owners and software testers.

Coordinated cross-functional teams to identify, prioritize, and resolve critical issues in real-time.

Results: Successfully met the go-live deadline with a functioning MVP (Minimum Viable Product), enabling the continuation of business operations. Ongoing hotfixes and incremental software releases were deployed post-launch to stabilize and enhance the platform.
