Situation: As Project Manager, the mission was to meet a deadline of 7 months to implement and optimize process and mitigate loss of output.
Task/Activity: Spearheaded the overhaul and redefined protocols through:
- Building out a 500 line WBS over 2 months to account for all items that a required in the project
- Conducting interviews to get the information for what is required for a large pharmacy migration
